Inn at Eagle Mountain

The Inn at Eagle Mountain location was beautiful. The views were outstanding and the room was everything that we had expected. the fireplace was a very cozy ambience. The only catch was there was not availability of a restaurant on-site. That said, the neighboring golf club restaurant was open and we dined there for breakfast and lunch. Wonderful views of the Mountains and course from our table.

The hotel was comfortable but definitely felt dated. The room was noisy-not so much from hearing other rooms but like everything in the room like the appliances and jacuzzi tub was just noisy. Getting into our room required hitting the door like a linebacker making a tackle. That said it was a perfect location for us, and a comfortable place for our visit.

I had booked this in September 2023, in preparation for a January 2024 birthday visit from my mum, arriving specially from the UK. Let me first say that the room, views and location are spectacular. Unfortunately the initial reception was not optimal, as I was informed the day before arriving, that the on-site restaurant, which I had also booked, was no longer open due to a transfer of ownership. Neither the hotel reception staff nor the restaurant owner apologized for their lack of timely communication about the closure. In fact, their attitude when I brought it up was both dismissive (on the part of the hotel reception) and rude (on the part of the restaurant representative). I was left to make other arrangements at the last minute. We were also invited to a wine tasting on our arrival day, to then be told when we went to it, that the host had other things she had to do, so it had been cancelled. This is a beautiful location and quiet resort. I would simply say, a more detailed focus on customer service is needed.

The Inn at Eagle Mountain hosted our AZ Singles & Social Club Pool Party and their service was absolutely outstanding! Matt, the Food & Beverage Manager was easy to work with planning the Event and great in his communication. Our Servers, Shanna & Gina were the sweetest gals and so attentive to our Group.
